Plants vs Zombies is one of the most popular and addictive tower defense games in the game world. It was published and developed by thePopCap Games and its demo version was released in the year 2009. Since it is the most entertaining one with 40 number of different game levels and five different game modes (Adventure, Mini-Games, Puzzle, Survival and Zen Garden) it attracts all age group of people in the game world. The Game is also available in various platforms including Android.
The game would be really interesting as the player need to defend his home along with neighbor named Crazy Dave from constantly invading zombies. The arsenal of Zombie-Zapping plants is the only defense in hand. The players can plant different types of plants and fungi like Potato Mines, Sunflowers, Peashooters, Hypno-shrooms, Cattails and Cabbage-pults across the front yard, back yard and roof of the home to block the mob of zombies trying to reach your home.
Usually the game field is divided into many number of horizontal tracks where the players can plant various plants to block invading zombies. Whenever the zombies reach the front door, the players can easily clear them using a one shot tool named lawn mower. The lawn mower will become unavoidable when the zombies reach the front door, back yard and roof of the home. However, the lawn mower cannot be returned until the players reach the higher levels. During the initial levels the players will start playing only with limited number of seed packs and new ones can be purchased after completing levels spending game money.
The plants are used to fire projectiles at zombies, turn them against each other and slow them down. Each plant has different ability to repel zombies. For e.g. The plant like Magnet-shroom will be able to remove helmets and ladders of zombies. There are about 49 different types of plants to use in the game and we can see about 26 different types of zombies while playing. Some of them will be provided with Makeshift armor which makes them easy to jump and fly over the plants. Sometimes players may need to play against the waves of zombies which make the game so exciting.
Before playing each game, the players will be able to see the zombies that are likely to invade and also the seed packs to select for that level. A certain amount of sun light is also important for the successful gaming; The sun light will be produced by the plants during day time levels.
